The objective of this workshop is to generate dialogues that allow different actors from sectors related to infrastructure and agriculture to share experiences on the implementation of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) to reduce vulnerability and increase resilience in terms of adaptation to change. climate. The workshop will allow participants to identify and evaluate existing strategies and projects at the local, national and international levels in the two specified sectors, as well as consider how these can be effectively incorporated into public policies in Colombia.

The construction of the conceptual base of NbS is an ongoing process. For this reason, talks by international and national experts were a key element of the workshop with the objective of establishing a common understanding of what NbS are, their place on the global agenda and relative to climate change adaptation, and examples of good practices and lessons learned both nationally and internationally.
